The fund is passively managed to invest directly in Solana. Long-term holdings of Solana are purchased through Coinbase, other reputable Solana trading platforms, and OTC counterparties. Holdings are priced based on the CME CF Solana-Dollar Reference Rate, a once-a-day benchmark index price for Solana, denominated in US dollars. A geographically diverse set of spot prices are included in the index calculation to ensure that the reference rate reflects the global price of Solana.
