RCGE is actively managed to provide exposure to a portfolio of companies committed to managing their organizations with a gender-balance approach. The eligible universe starts from the largest 3,000 stocks by market cap in developed markets, and the largest 1,000 stocks by market-cap in emerging markets. The fund filters stocks by looking at a companys gender equality score, which is based on gender balance, gender pay gap, and policies relating to parental leave and sexual harassment.
