The fund offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of corporate bonds, notes, floating rate notes, convertible bonds, preferred shares, bank loans, government bonds or other income-producing securities of North American and/or international issuers. Securities are primarily rated investment grade, but up to 20% of the portfolio can be in high-yield bonds and up to 15% in CLO debt tranches and other types of asset-backed securities.
