The fund holds substantially all of its assets in long-only Ether. The objective is to provide a convenient, lower-cost alternative than a direct investment. When units are purchased, the fund manager buys Ether at a perceived fair price from institutional-grade liquidity providers. Ether is held in an offline wallet, or cold storage.
