The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Index is composed of securities in the Russell 1000 Index and is equally weighted across 11 sector groups with each security within the sector receiving equal weight. The Fund and Index are re-weighted at the close of the close of third Friday in March, September, and December. It is also re-weighted at the close of the last Friday in June when the Russell 1000 is reconstituted.
